| MOSCOW, January 12 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for January 13 is 30.9981 rubles, up 46.50 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.
The official euro rate for Tuesday is 41.5282 rubles, up 39.71 kopeks from Monday.
