| The construction of two business centers is being prepared in the city of Trnava. By mid 2008 Karavela j.s.c. Bratislava wants to build the Karavela administrative center for around Sk 500m on an area of 22,000 sqm. The center will include a congress hall for 400 people, restaurants, a wellness center and other services.
The second business center should be built close to the PSA Peugeot Citroën plant. Behind this project is Irish company Parker Green International, which al-ready owns a 13 ha large plot there. The area should include a hotel with 259 rooms, a movie hall, entertainment center, and 67,000 sqm of retail space. The construction should start in 2007.
