| Breweries Pivovar Saris j.s.c. Velky Saris and Topvar j.s.c. Topolcany will merge. As of January 1, 2007 they will operate as Pivovary Topvar j.s.c., whose 100% shareholder will be the second biggest brewery group in the world SABMiller.
Pivovary Topvar will be based in Topolcany, but company managers will be seated in Bratislava. Formally, Pivovar Saris will become Topvar’s successor com-pany. The former two independent breweries will use a common trade and distribution center network around Slovakia.
