| Zambia is interested in Slovakia’s experience in transformation of society |

| Lukáš Parízek, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, met with Bwalya Chiti, designated Ambassador of Zambia, resident in Berlin, on the occasion of presentation of copies of his credentials, today (4 April 2016).
“The Slovak Republic appreciates the stable political developments in Zambia that contribute to a favorable image of the country and are an example in Africa. We believe Zambia will continue the democratic trend after the upcoming presidential election,” said State Secretary Parízek.
During the meeting the partners evaluated the relations between Zambia and Slovakia and agreed on their interest in strengthening mutual cooperation that dates back to the times of the former Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. State Secretary Parízek reiterated that Slovakia will positively respond to Zambia’s interest in strengthening contacts in the area of agriculture and health as well as in sharing experience in transformation of society.
