| Honeywell’s state-of-the-art technologies in east Slovakia |

| Continued investment and increasing the number of jobs at U.S. based Honeywell Transportation Systems operations in Slovakia were the issues discussed by Lukáš Parízek, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, and Terrence Hahn, the company’s Chairman of the Board, today (April 7, 2016).
During the reception of the businessman, the state secretary stated that the business and investment environment in Slovakia has been extraordinarily favorable to foreign businesses, as attested to by the investments in Slovakia by top companies in the recent past. He especially appreciated Honeywell’s operations in east Slovakia where the company ranks among the major employers, adding that Honeywell’s added value in Slovakia includes not only its standard manufacturing but also the benefit of bringing state-of-the art technologies here, a priority of the Slovak government.
