Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan signed a joint communique after their official talks in Minsk on 11 November. The communique formalizes their intent to expand and strengthen the bilateral ties in a number of priority areas, BelTA has learned.
