| Meeting with representative of Asian investor in Slovakia |

| State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Ivan Korčok, today (29 January) received Anusorn Muttaraid, Executive Director of Delta Thailand Company, in a follow-up to their meeting in Bangkok, Thailand, in November 2017.
Delta Group is one of the most important investors in Slovakia: in its branches in the cities of Dubnica nad Váhom and Liptovský Hrádok it has created more than a thousand jobs making power supply units used in IT, industrial automation and in the growing sector of electro mobility.
“Delta Electronics has been a success story in Slovakia. I´m pleased that the company is doing well in our country and is extending its activities here,” stated Korčok. “This is a significant investment to be reflected not only in expanding production but also in innovations, science and research. We realize that with the currently very low level of unemployment in Slovakia, the human resource issues represent a big challenge for the company. We believe that we will succeed in finding a suitable solution and Delta Company will continue to thrive in our market.”
The Thai company has great ambitions in Slovakia for which it needs to staff 400 new jobs.
