| In November, 773 personal bankruptcies were declared in Slovakia. According to data of the analytical company CRIF - Slovak Credit Bureau, p. r. about. (CRIF SK),
by the end of November 4 415 inhabitants of the Slovak Republic went bankrupt. “Since the entry into force of the amendment to the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Act, which significantly changed the conditions of personal bankruptcy, most of the debt relief decisions, except for August, were issued in the Banská Bystrica Region. In November we recorded up to 220 personal bankruptcies here, ”explains Jana Marková, Chief Analyst of CRIF SK.
