| Central Securities Depository SR, a.s. (CDCP) improves its subscriber information service by following European market standards. Thanks to the introduced changes, issuers will be able to communicate information on changes concerning basic corporate events also through the CSD information system. So far, the CSD has implemented only a group of corporate events in the system, which made it unnecessary to modify the information system and legislation. Messaging via CDCP information system was implemented using standardized ISO 20022 messages. "Before the participant was usually notified of the event by e-mail, respectively. he had to monitor the realized events himself, now he will receive a standardized message from the CDCP with information about a specific event, ”explains Peter Nagy from the CDCP.
