| Slovakia will monitor risky foreign direct investment |

| Investments with a potential impact on food security, access to sensitive information, including personal data, or the ability to control them, or on media freedom and pluralism, will also be monitored.
Slovakia will start monitoring foreign direct investment, which could endanger or disrupt security and public order. A contact point will be established at the Ministry of Economy (MH) of the Slovak Republic to monitor these investments and cooperate with other EU countries in this area. This follows from the material submitted to the meeting of the MH government.
