| Today (July 15, 2021), the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Ingrid Brocková, met with the Senior Deputy Assistant Administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Margot Ellis, who is visiting Slovakia on the occasion of the opening of the European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN).
The Slovak Republic adheres to the fundamental values of democracy, human rights and freedom of the media, and also promotes them at international forums. Therefore, the presence of the EDYN office in Bratislava will strengthen our already very good cooperation with USAID and will help increase our engagement in issues concerning values.
