Czechs to seek partners outside Visegrad group
Prag, 12.01.2022
The Czech minister for European Affairs, Mikuláš Bek, says the country will seek to build closer ties with states beyond the Visegrad Four in the year when it will take over the presidency of the European Union. Speaking at the European Commission in Brussels, Mr. Bek said that France could be a new partner for the Czech Republic, with both countries having lobbied for support for investment in nuclear power. The previous Czech government put great store in the Visegrad Four group and its leader, Andrej Babiš, was close to Hungary’s prime minister, Viktor Orban. odkaz na stránku
