| One in five Slovaks willing to borrow money for Christmas presents |

| One in three Slovaks plans to spend up to €300 on Christmas presents this year, while one in five would be willing to borrow money for the purpose, according to a survey conducted by Kariera.sk.As many as 21% of respondents plan to spend only up to €100, and 17% only up to €50. Meanwhile, 15% of Slovaks intend to spend up to €500 and 7% up to €1,000. The survey further showed that 2% of the respondents plan to spend up to €2,000, while almost 7% have no problem buying Christmas presents worth up to €5,000.
