| According to the agricultural department, negative trends are manifested in the lack of basic infrastructure, the non-use of buildings, the intensive occupation of land or the reduction of the attractiveness of rural areas for work.
According to the agricultural department, negative trends are manifested in the lack of basic infrastructure, the non-use of buildings, the intensive occupation of land, or the reduction of the attractiveness of rural areas for work and business.At the same time, the natural development potential of rural areas was not sufficiently utilized.
The MPRV added that the main source of funding for rural development in the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development are European funds co-financed by the state budget from the expiring Rural Development Program for the years 2014 to 2022 (1.322 billion euros drawn down by the end of 2025) and also resources from the new period of the Joint Strategic Plan
agricultural policy for the years 2023 to 2027 (3.38 billion euros from the EU source and 866.8 million euros from the state budget).
