| The Act on the Adjustment of Ownership Relations to Land and Other Agricultural Property will be amended for the disappearing Lesopoľnohospodársky estate (LPM) Ulič.This follows from the amendment, which was finally approved by the members of the National Council (NR) of the Slovak Republic on Thursday.It will be effective from May 1.The plenum also approved the amendment to the law on the verification of foreign investments, submitted by the deputies of the OĽANO movement.
It clarifies the range of persons who can give qualified suggestions in connection with foreign investment to the Ministry of Economy.It also extends the condition of not endangering the security and public order of the Slovak Republic to the entire European Union (EU).odkaz na stránku |
