| Non-alcoholic beers are saving the Czech beer market |

| Every 14th beer produced by breweries in the Czech Republic last year was non-alcoholic. And their market share is growing unstoppably. In 2023 alone, alcohol-free beer was drunk by almost a tenth more than the previous year. Compared to the pre-covid year 2019, according to the director of the Czech Association of Breweries and Malts, Tomáš Sluneček, their sales increased by even 134% until last year. Non-alcoholic beers thus significantly help the Czech beer market, where total production fell by 2.7% last year. The novinky.cz server informed about it."Non-alcoholic beers cover up the decline in sales of alcoholic beers," he told Novinky Slunečko. According to him, people more often reach for non-alcoholic variants, beer mixes or radlers.
