| Last year, Plzeňský Prazdroj sold almost 1.7 million hectolitres of beer in Slovakia, which is 1.3% more than in the previous year and the highest among other beer players.The company paid more than 54 million euros in direct and indirect taxes, which is the most in its entire history. The excise tax on this amounted to almost 26.5 million euros.
