| A total of 17,486 square meters of industrial and logistics space was leased by CTP in CTPark Prešov South to the Chinese company Jiangsu Xinquan Automotive Trim.It is a company that produces interior parts for the automotive sector and will build its first plant in Europe in the mentioned park.
