| Introduction of a new financial transaction tax |

| The tax rate should be 0.40% of the amount of the financial transaction, with a maximum limit of 40 euros. Taxation of cash withdrawals should be doubled, at 0.8%. The tax on financial transactions should provide around 700 million euros for the budget."The intention of the legislative amendment is to burden debit transactions on the accounts of legal entities, organizational units and natural persons - entrepreneurs, by introducing a tax on financial transactions.
