| Slovakia has the highest number of self-employed persons with only one customer and at the same time the fifth largest number of self-employed persons per 1000 inhabitants within the EU countries. Over the past ten years, the number of fictitious self-employed persons has doubled. Representatives of the Association of Entrepreneurs of Slovakia (ZPS), the National Labour Inspectorate, the Financial Administration (FS) and Grant Thornton Slovakia (GTS) drew attention to this on Wednesday based on an analysis by the Department for Value and Money (ÚHP).
