| The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic Mr. Ján Kubiš received today the Ambassador of the United States to the Slovak Republic Mr. Rodolphe Vallee. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the upcoming 62nd session of the United Nations General Assembly, during which Minister Kubiš will held meetings with Special Representative of the Secretary of State to the Kosovo Status Talks Ambassador Mr. Frank Wisner and Assistant Secretary of State for European Matters Ambassador Mr. Daniel Fried. In this context both representatives exchanged views on Kosovo, Afganistan, missile defence and Treaty on Conventional Forces in Europe. They also discussed the mesures that both sides must adopt before lifting visa for Slovak citizens.
