| The Slovak Land Fund launched a client portal |

| The Slovak Land Fund (SPF) has made a new client portal available to the public, which unifies all the fund's electronic services in one place. The SPF client portal brings new features aimed at providing clients with greater comfort when submitting electronic applications and also immediate access to the information they need. This was announced on Tuesday by Linda Petríčková, Head of the SPF Communications Department.
She specified that the SPF client portal is fully integrated with the Central Public Administration Portal slovensko.sk. Users with an activated electronic mailbox have access to a larger portfolio of services than users without an electronic mailbox - non-logged in users.
As part of the modernization of services, the SPF is replacing the previous Tuesday contact lines of individual departments with digital tools that are available to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The SPF call center remains fully functional for the public and ready to provide assistance.
According to Petríčková, the main innovations of the SPF client portal are online verification of the status of the file, so that after entering the file number, it is possible to find out the current status of the file processing, as well as communication with a chatbot or intuitive electronic forms.
"By launching the client portal, we are fulfilling our promise of a transparent and modern institution. The possibility of online verification of the status of the file and the help of a chatbot are exactly the tools that the public expects from a modern organization managing state property in 2026.
