Almost 44% of Poles said their financial situation had worsened
Warsaw, 29.12.2025
The inhabitants of Poland are divided into two almost equal halves when it comes to the development of their financial situation this year. Despite this, a larger percentage of people claim that their financial situation has worsened. This was shown by the latest United Surveys IBRiS survey for the Wirtualna Polska news portal, published by the PAP agency. According to the survey, a total of 43.9% of Poles surveyed said that their financial situation had worsened in 2025. The exact opposite opinion and improvement of the situation was presented by 41.6% of respondents. Of these, 8.2% said that their financial situation was "definitely better" and 33.4% described it as "rather better". Of the group of Poles dissatisfied with the development of their financial situation, 14.7% said that it had "definitely worsened". The rest answered that it was "rather worse". However, the answers varied greatly depending on who the respondents supported. As many as 62% of supporters of the ruling coalition said that their financial situation had improved this year. In contrast, of those who support opposition parties, as many as 57% responded that their financial situation had “definitely worsened.”odkaz na stránku
