| Finshape accelerates global growth |
| Praha, 08.01.2026 |
 |
| Finshape, a leading provider of digital banking solutions, has announced the appointment of Neil Budd as the company’s new CEO.
Budd joins Finshape as an experienced executive with over 25 years of experience in banking, technology and consulting. He will focus on the company’s continued international growth, strengthening value creation for clients and expanding its operations, primarily in Western Europe, the Middle East and the APAC region. Current CEO Petr Koutný will move to the position of Chairman of the Board.
Financial institutions today are addressing how to turn their investments in digitalization into measurable results while also meaningfully leveraging the potential of artificial intelligence. “Banks are looking for technology partners they can trust for the long term. Finshape has a strong and relevant product portfolio, experienced teams and stable, trusted relationships with banks. With our ADBO System and new capabilities in loyalty programs and personalization, we will continue to help banks deliver tangible value to their customers and accelerate our growth path into new markets,” said Neil Budd.
Finshape has a long-term growth path, especially in Central and Eastern Europe, where it works with major financial institutions including Erste Group, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, OTP Bank Group and Banca Transilvania. In 2025, Finshape achieved consolidated revenue of 55 million euros, up 30% year-on-year. The company is also expanding its international footprint. Further growth was supported by the recent acquisition of the Realtime-XLS loyalty platform from Collinson Group and a strategic partnership with Dubai Islamic Bank, the largest Islamic bank in the United Arab Emirates.
These moves strengthen Finshape’s role in global digital banking. Finshape aspires to be a market leader in technology implementation, specifically focused on meaningfully integrating AI into operations and client offerings to drive measurable results for banks.
Prior to joining Finshape, Neil worked at a number of leading global consulting firms. At Finastra, he held the positions of Vice President, Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Ecosystem, and Global Head of Managed Services. He was a Managing Director at Accenture.
Today, Finshape serves over 100 financial institutions in 25 countries across four continents. The company’s team includes over 600 specialists supporting tens of millions of end users worldwide. Finshape’s growth is driven by a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions.odkaz na stránku |
