Raw materials and condition of making :
Malt was made from Bohemian Malt and water by classic czech production. Malt was concentrated under 90 ° C to propose concentration without any preservation aditives.
Typical characteristics :
- Sensorical: Clear, viscous liquid without any impurities; light or clark brown color; with characteristic flavor by malt, without cararnel taste.
- Chemical: Total solid contents min. 70 % wt; content of maltose min .55 % wt.
Use :
- candies, sweets and sweet baker's products products
- sweet jams
- energy powdered drinks
- syrups and fermented or saturated drinks beer, soft drinks
Packing :
- evacuated PE bags in cartoon boxes.
